Technical Poster Presentation FET
Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, FET, MRIU organized a Technical Poster Presentaion Competition in association with Institution of Engineers on 17th March, 2017. The Competition was open for the students of both 4th and 6th Semester. There were 97 students who participated in the event.
The event was judged by Dr. S.S. Tyagi (Professor, CSE), Dr. Ranvijay Singh (Professor, Mechanical) and Dr. Pradeep Varshney (Director, MRIIC). The Guest of Honour for the event was Dr. M.K.Soni (ED& Dean, FET), Dr. Dipali Bansal (HOD, ECE), Dr. Geeta Nijhawan (Professor Academics) and Dr. Shruti Vashist(Professor Student Welfare).
The students participated with enthusiasm for the event as it was a great learning experience for them.
The following students were adjudged the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and consolation prize winners and their topics of posters were:

3rd prize winner(3): Sujeet Soni , Topic:Quadcopter
Consolation prize winner: Ranjit Singh Rana, Apporv, Harmesh; Topic:Energy Harvesting by Piezoelectric Material
Students were motivated by giving trophies and certificates.
Dr. M. K. Soni praised the efforts put in by the students and the faculty members for the event and gave his words of motivation for further organizing such events.
