SVEEP Program in association with Election Commission of India

Department of Students’ Welfare organized the SVEEP Program in association with Election Commission of India on April 5, 2019.

The program commenced with the floral welcome of the chief guest Mr. Dharmendra Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad Zone, Election Commission of India by Dr. M. K. Soni, PVC, MRIIRS. It was followed by the floral welcome of guest speaker Prof (Dr.) M. P. Singh; Mr. J. S .Malik, Nodal Officer Faridabad; and Mr. Lokesh Rajput, Brand Ambassador, SVEEP Program Gurugram Zone and Alumni, MRIIRS.

The program started with the thought that “NO VOTER SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND” and everyone has the right to vote. With this same thought process ADC, Faridabad took over the stage and communicated with the students and asked them to enroll themselves as voters of India. Prof (Dr.) M. P. Singh addressed the students and informed them about the various rights which they have as voters and urged them to vote so that no vote is wasted.

The awareness program came to an end with the young minds getting inspired to cast their vote as every vote is important.

The event was anchored by Pankaj and Prashant, students of BJMC.
