Session Speaker at National Power Training Institute

Dr. Parneeta Dhaliwal, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Technology, Manav Rachna University was invited to deliver a one-day session on the topic ‘Big Data’ as part of the Post Graduate Certificate Course in E-Mobility & Smart Utilities, at National Power Training Institute, Faridabad, under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. The session was attended by Graduate Engineers from all over India. The session covered the concepts of Big Data & Hadoop Distributed File System, Hadoop Ecosystem Components (Pig, Hive, HBase) and hands-on practical on Data Analytics with R.
