Session on ‘Accessing Library Resources’ for BDS students

As a part of academic outreach program, MRDC Library team organized two-day hands-on session and presentations on “Accessing the Library Resources” for BDS Students (1^st, 2^nd 3^rd & 4^th year) recently. Around 360 students attended the session. The session was very enlightening as it gave an opportunity to students to get the knowledge of enormous resources available in MRDC library.

 Dr. Raj Bala Gaur, Deputy Librarian with Library Team Member- Ms. Anjana Thakur and Mr. Rajesh, Library Executive gave a presentation to the students. Dr. Raj Bala Gaur explained in detail how to access various print and digital/electronic materials available in the Library. The materials like Books, e-books, journals, Question Bank, etc available on EBSCO, DELNET, OPAC were shown. Ms. Anjana Thakur briefed about ‘My Account’ to the students. The session was highly informative and interactive, with students raising relevant queries. The presentation ended with the Library team assuring their availability at all times for further information.
