Puppetry Workshop at MRU

Faculty of Education, Manav Rachna University organized a Puppetry Workshop recently. An acclaimed and dexterous resource person “Mr. Pramod Sharma” from NCERT with decades of experience in art and craft was invited. The workshop started with an orientation session which acquainted the students with different types of puppets.

Further, hands-on experience to weave stories by using puppets was given to the participants. In addition to that, various steps of making creative puppets were also demonstrated. At the end of the hands-on session, students were astonished to see the outcome which was created under expert guidance.

Indeed, it was a wonderful workshop which added impetus to the teaching learning process.
