Public Lecture on ‘Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act’

The 2^nd Manav Rachna Public Lecture concluded recently on a high note. It was very well attended by professionals. Our guest speaker, Mr. Rajesh Bhoot, Jt. Secretary – Tax Policy and Implementation explained in details the intricacies of the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act. His lecture was very useful not only to the professionals who were present, but also to the general public at large.
