Presentation on “Library Digital Resources” for MDS first year students
The Library Team of Manav Rachna Dental College organized a presentation on “Library Digital Resources” for MDS first year students recently. The presentation was conducted by Dr. Raj Bala Gaur, Deputy Librarian who explicated the students on how they can access various digital/electronic materials available in MRDC Library. This included accessing resources through Remote Access, Single Window Search etc. She also conducted a hands-on session for accessing various E-books, Journals, available on EBSCO, DELNET, and OPAC. The students were informed about the availability of a new research tool “Turnitin Anti-Plagiarism Checker Software”.
Ms. Seema Pal, Library Executive explained about how students can manage their library accounts online and also encouraged students to make maximum use of the resources. The session was highly informative and interactive, with students raising relevant queries.
