Power seminar on “Artificial Intelligence & Its Application in Real World”
In partnership with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, ICT Academy and Manav Rachna University recently hosted a power seminar on “Artificial Intelligence & Its Application in Real World” to educate students about the importance of AI and its relevance in today’s world.
The event had over 200 attendees from CSE, ECE, and Mechanical Engineering. The seminar’s first speakers were Dr. Susmita Ray, Professor of CST at MRU, and Abhinandan Pandey, Relationship Manager at ICT Academy. This session was organised by Ms. Chandani Magoo and Ms. Dimple Chehal.

- Prakash Narayanan – Head of Digital RPA & Automation CoE, Cyient Digital,Hyderabad
- Kasam Shaikh – Lead Cloud Architect- Senior Manager, Capgemini, Mumbai
- Anvita Bajpai- Master Principal Cloud Architect, JAPAC, Oracle
Mr. Prakash Narayanan is a seasoned technology executive with a background in IT and automation strategies. He has spent the majority of his career in the United States, as well as in India. Mr. Kasam Sheikh is a seasoned IT professional with 14 years of expertise. He is one of India’s first five recipients of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Artificial Intelligence 2022 award, and the first from Maharashtra. Ms. Anvita Bajpai has over 16 years of professional experience working for both MNCs and startups. She is a winner of the Women Influencer Innovator of the Year 2021 and the 51 Fabulous Global Smart Cities Leaders 2020.
They spoke about the applications of AI in the real world. The session was followed with a Q & A session with the participants and all their queries were answered by the speakers.
