The Faculty of Hotel Management had an Online Guest session with Mr. Neeraj Chandok, CEO of Building Block Customer Services and has an experience in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years.
Having managed senior positions like being a General Manager and a published book with another almost ready he shared his rich experience with the final year students.
In his interaction with the final year students, he discussed the importance of possessing certain specific skills post the lockdown in the hospitality sector. He stressed concepts of empathy, listening skills, adaptability, multitasking, and understanding the customer’s unexpressed needs.
His session was great learning for the students in the current scenario.
