Dept. of Management, FMS organized an industrial visit for MBA 2^nd year students to the industrial plant of Munjal Showa at Gurgaon recently.

During the visit, management students were briefed about total productivity management (TPM) and lean manufacturing system which they adopt in the production process. After this, the students visited their shop floor area where lean machines were put to use to manufacture shockers of bikes and cars.

It was an amazing experience where the students got to know how work is managed in a factory setting and how TPM is important to run an organization smoothly.
