MRIIRS organized a 5-day Induction Program for Senior Batches

MRIIRS commenced a five-day induction programme for the students of senior batches who have joined after a month’s break. On the first day, Team CRCMC conducted interesting sessions to apprise them of some of the most sought-after skills in the corporate world. The session began with the “BRAND YOU” quiz. This was followed by a discussion on the new age skills and how “Skills Today would be History Tomorrow“. The session worked like a reality check for the students.

The second phase of the intervention was an Interactive English Proficiency session aimed at honing their communicative English. Both the sessions were designed with modern adult learning pedagogy and were very well received by the students. The students went back with a reaffirmed vow to put in even more efforts in their journey of success.

A workshop on “Value added Inputs” was conducted by the experts from Accendere Group & Chanakya Academy. The talk was delivered by Dr. Shiva Natarajan, CEO Accendere who enlightened students with various research-based career options and the potential of “Research”. He also emphasized the importance of conglomerate learning and motivated students to work in collaboration with others having different expertise. Dr. Natarajan during his lecture informed students about various government schemes and agencies sponsoring R&D and Startups.

The second talk was delivered by Ms. Kanupriya, AGM, Business Development, CRCMC on career options for students interested in UPSC/ Govt sector openings. She provided information on various career training programs conducted by various knowledge partners of MRIIRS.
