Mega Donation Drive “Swachhta se Daanveerta Ki Aur”
“Giving is not just about making a donation, it’s about making a difference.”
Faculty of Computer Applications, MRIIRS organized a mega donation drive “Swachhta se Daanveerta Ki Aur” recently to bring a difference in the mindset of the youth as “Being Human… Brings Humility”. Students under the age group of 5 to 10 years from an NGO, “Voice of Voiceless”, Anangpur village, Faridabad were given gifts and greetings which were donated by the students and faculty members of FCA.
Dr. N.C. Wadhwa, Vice Chancellor – MRIIRS was the chief guest of the occasion. He emphasized that such events must be organized time to time and we must pay back to the society and always contribute towards the growth of society. Dr. M.K. Soni, Pro VC, MRIIRS; Dr. R.K. Arora, Registrar, MRIIRS; Dr. V.K. Mahna, ED-Academic Excellence; Dr. S.S. Tyagi, Dean FCA and Dr. Shaveta Bhatia, HOD-CA graced the occasion with their presence.
The smile on the children’s faces and excitement in their voices said it all. The day was truly a ‘humane’ one.
