Manav Rachna University welcomes BBA, BSc., Integrated Law & Integrated Education students to an Orientation Programme

Manav Rachna University welcomed 1^st Year BBA, BSc., Integrated Law & Integrated Education Students (2017 Batch) on orientation programme.  A havan ceremony was organized to radiate positivity and pray for the student’s  bright future and career. All present at the occasion paid tribute to Founder Visionary Dr O.P. Bhalla at the campus to mark this momentous occasion. The students and parents were greatly impressed by the spiritual touch to the commencement of the new Academic session.

The Hawan ceremony of MRU was graced by  Dr Sanjay Srivastava, VC-MRU, MD-MREI; Dr. V.K. Mahna, Pro VC, MRU; Dr. Meenakshi S. Khurana, Dean Academics, MRU; Dr. Sangeeta Banga, Dean Student and Welfare; Dr. M.R. Tyagi, Dean Engineering; Dr. B.M. Behl, Dean Applied Science; Prof. Jaideep Singh, Dean Industry Interaction; Dr. Kameshwar Singh, Registrar, MRU; Prof. B.D. Pathak, Dean Examination; Prof. A.K. Gupta, Proctor, MRU along with HODs and faculty members from various faculties. It was followed by tea break.

Thereafter, all the students and faculties attended the MREI Presentation at A Block facilitating stakeholders of different departments and supporting staff to make students familiar with them. After lunch break all the students again gathered to participate and enjoy the interesting fun group activities aimed at developing leadership and managerial capacities. Lastly, a fun filled Ice Breaking session was organized by Prof. Rajat Gera and his team consisting of Prof. Jaideep Singh, Ms. Stuti Tiwari, Dr. Pragati Chauhan, Dr. Sudhir Sachdeva, Dr. Birender Prasad, Dr. Pooja Kapoor from the MBA department. Chocolates were distributed among the winners. There was great sense of satisfaction on the faces of parents seeing their children performing on stage.
