Manav Rachna Placement Fiesta, “Uplabdhi” – Savour the Success, organized to celebrateplacements achieved for Batch 2021-22

The Department of Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) under Manav Rachna Educational
Institutions, Faridabad organized Manav Rachna Placement Fiesta, “Uplabdhi”- Savour the
Success, to celebrate the accomplishments of the students placed in the session 2021-22.
In the placement session 2021-22, CRC team at Manav Rachna has successfully onboarded
180+ companies with more than 780 students receiving placement offers from leading
organizations. 200+ students have secured multiple job offers and remunerations above 7.50
LPA, which is a matter of pride for the institutions.
The Chief Guest for the event, Mr. Rajiv Naithani – CVP & Chief People Officer, Infogain in the
presence of Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Srivastava – MD, MREI & Vice Chancellor, MRIIRS; Prof. (Dr.)
I.K. Bhat – Vice Chancellor, MRU; Dr. N.C. Wadhwa – Director General, MREI; Prof. (Dr.)

students and congratulated them on their achievements.
Mr. Rajiv Naithani praised Manav Rachna Educational Institutions for being a great contributor

Mr. Naithani, in his address to the young achievers, said that, “This is a time of big transition in
your lives and will indeed be a memorable one for you but before you start investing your efforts

resonates with your goals. To keep succeeding in life, it is crucial to never stop learning, so
always be open to upskilling if you want to stay relevant in your industry.”
Dr. Sanjay Srivastava addressed the vertos and highlighted that, “True evaluation of every

Dr. Pardeep Kumar shared his success mantras with the students quoting, “Never disrespect
