ITA Group as Vice President in Germany visited Manav Rachna University
Prof. Daniel Hahn from Germany working with APS GmbH – European Centre for Mechatronics in ITA Group as Vice President in Germany visited Manav Rachna University on April 25 for an interactive session with the B. Tech Mechanical Engineering & Computer Science Engineering Students.
Prof. Hahn has a stupendous experience in the industry in following domains: Design, Creation, and Programming of an industrial Robot Gripper. The guest speaker was welcomed by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Meenakshi S. Khurana, Prof. Sujata Nayak, Head of Mechanical Engineering Department and Prof. Hanu Bhardwaj, Head of Computer Science Engineering.
Prof. Hahn started his talk by showing the presence and importance of the design of Industrial Robot domain to enhancing automation in the industrial sectors. He introduced the different types of grippers, robotic arm and also showed the analysis of some mechanism presently used in different sectors i.e. automobile & manufacturing industry. He then introduced students with future scopes of the respective fields and shared with them his experiences. Prof. Hahn also explained the history, projects and work environment at the APS GmbH – European Centre, Germany.
The Session was attended by Dr. Jyoti Pruthi, Mr. R.C. Chaturvedi, Mr. Joginder Singh and many more faculties from the ME, ECE & CST department.
The interactive session was enlightening and inspiring for students. Prof. Sujata Nayak, Head of Mechanical Engineering Department gave the vote of thanks to express gratitude to Prof. Daniel Hahn.
