International Yoga Day Celebration

Yoga and meditation when practiced together, strengthen mind-body connection and improve complete fitness and well-being. To relax from stress and improve quality of life, International Yoga Day was celebrated in University on June 21, 2018. Yogacharya Jaipal Shastri from Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar was the resource person for the day. Yogacharya Jee discussed and demonstrated some ways and dimensions of different types of pranayam and systematic practice of different ‘ASANAS”. A small session on Meditation was also conducted.
