Industrial Visit: Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Private Limited
To enable hands-on practical learning for better understanding of production, marketing and distribution channel of dairy product produced by Mother Dairy an industrial visit was organized on September 12, 2019, to Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Private Limited.
The students were shown the process of purification, further filtrations, standardization, homogenization, and pasteurization. Thereafter, the testing phase came whereby as per standards they check the quality and purity of the milk. Mother Dairy has almost 7 production units spread over Delhi-NCR.
Mother Dairy is also conserving environment by using solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and effluent treatment plant to protect the environment.
It was an enlightening visit for all those who attended.
