Industrial visit at JBM (J1), Gurugram

A one day industrial visit was organized by JBM group for its 6^th semester (batch 4) students of B.Tech-Mechanical-Industry Integrated program studying in MRIIRS. Objective of the tour was to familiarize students with the real life scenario of industry working environment and to provide practical exposure for the subjects taught to them during regular classes in university.

The journey started from MRIIRS on February 16, 2019 with 16 students which was attended and welcomed by Mr. Dayanidhi Singh – HR at the plant. Students were briefed about the company’s safety norms, customers, standards and various manufacturing processes of the plant at the conference room. .

This visit made students learn about manufacturing of various types of car axles and Exhaust systems made for Maruti cars. They were provided with all the detailed procedures in the manufacturing of axles.
