Inaugural Session – Orientation Program for the Class of 2020

The Orientation Program of the Faculty of Law for the incoming Class of 2020 kicked off on 15 September. This event is important as it signifies the start of the academic journey for the incoming class. The journey will see students navigate five years of law school, and emerge on the other side as tech-savvy, socially responsible members of the legal profession.

The Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker for the inaugural session was Mr Ravindra Shrivastava, Senior Advocate. Professor Ajay Thomas, Director of the Faculty of Law, delivered the Welcome Address, and Professor Dr Versha Vahini, Head of Department, provided an overview of the Faculty of Law and also introduced the Professors to the incoming class.

Speakers at this two-week long orientation program will include a good mix of  distinguished legal practitioners and inhouse faculty.

We wish the Class of 2020 good luck and all success!
