Grooming Session for Better Career Opportunities
Manav Rachna believes in leaving no stone unturned in grooming & sensitizing its students on career opportunities. Corporate Relations & Career Management Centre conducted a sensitization session for the Pre-Final year students of Faculty of Engineering, MRIIRS.
Students were made familiar with the transformations happening in the recruitment industry. Mr. Gautam Srivastava, GM – Career Skills, discussed how Darwinian’s theory of “Survival of the fittest” is a perfect example of the corporate world today. Ms. Rakhi Pruthi, GM – Placements, updated students on the placement policy and recruitment procedure.
