It is a prototype device and App that operates on a three-tier system: a device, a smartphone application and the cloud server. RespirOn seems to be the need of the hour as per the data floated by World Health Organization which estimates that 300 million individuals have asthma worldwide including millions in India. It is further estimated that asthma accounts for about 1 in every 250 deaths worldwide. 90 % of these deaths occur because of delay in obtaining help, poor adherence to asthmatic medication and non–availability of inhaler at the right time. Respiron, as an innovation will come out as a new lease of life to the asthmatic patients world over.

Speech recognition module is used to trigger the device through the user’s voice.
