Felicitation Ceremony of Yuvraj Bhardwaj and Yashraj Bhardwaj, B.Tech CSE 1st Year students

Computer Science & Technology Department, Manav Rachna University organized Felicitation Ceremony for the achievements of Yuvraj Bhardwaj and Yashraj Bhardwaj, B.Tech CSE 1^st Year students on the 26^th September.

Yuvraj & Yashraj, 18 year old twins from Delhi, are the owners of the company Zenith Vipers, which they started four years ago. Since then, they have never looked back and humbly climbed the steps of success with hard work and dedication.

They have worked on 24 projects and filed 7 patents in a team of two. They got Karamaveer Chakra last year for their work and have been nominated for Padma Shri 2018. Recently they got the The Eagle Award from the Malaysian Government on their Independence Day, which is one of the most prestigious awards in Malaysia.

The twin brothers addressed the gathering where they narrated their humble beginnings; from playing cricket to slowly venturing out into scientific research. Their talk was sprinkled with light hearted moments, like when they mentioned creating fake Facebook IDs to get their questions answered from leading scientists after spamming them. The core point of their talk however focused on the absence of scientific attitude and aptitude in our country and how no one is curious anymore. They described how dedication and the willingness to ask questions are the only two things which are necessary to get started on research and not a degree. They urged the audience to challenge the existing mindset and always look to achieve more and more.

Yuvraj & Yashraj were felicitated by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Manav Rachna University, Prof. Sanjay Srivastava, along with Deans and senior members at the end of the event.
