Department of Management & Commerce organized an Industrial visit for BBA 2K16 and 2K17 – Entrepreneurship & Family Business (EFB) students

Department of Management and Commerce, MRU organized an industrial visit for BBA EFB 1^st and III Semester students to Ninkasi Imperial Brews and Cookery, Sector 30, Gurgram, an entrepreneurial venture of Mr Sidharth Aggarwal.

They shared the entrepreneurs’ experience and journey  and received  insights  on how to start a business. He shared his story with students of how he came up with the idea of starting a brewery business, some of the challenges he faced along the way and how he eventually turned his idea into a successful businesses. The students were given handouts  of  his experiences as pointers on a piece of paper for the students to carry with them.

The students were exposed to the business model, processes and operations of the whole brewery. The students then visited various departments  of the  unit. The students were enthusiastic and interacted  with the entrepreneur who emphasized the need for perseverance and taking ownership of their own success.
