CSR Initiative by MRIIRS – A visit to Earth Savior Foundation

The students and faculty of FMS-UG programme and Faculty of Commerce organized a visit to Earth Savior Foundation – an Old Age home housing 850 elderly. The foundation is run by a 22 year old motivated young boy whose maturity and clarity of vision moved the students. His team of volunteers helps him serve the people living at the home.

The visit was organized to help students understand and value the things and people they are blessed with. Students were touched by the lives of the elderly living at the Earth Savior Foundation.

Students collectively organized around 300 kgs of non-perishable essentials like flour, pulses, rice and other grocery items to be taken to the old age home.

To entertain and connect with the people at home, different games like Ludo, Carrom and Chess were organized too.
