The art of professional dressing is something all management students should know. Appearance enhances the personality of an individual so that impressive and everlasting first impressions can be made. This is exactly what DBS had in mind and so a corporate dressing competition was organized recently for final year students of the BBA Department under the aegis of the Literary Club. Students from all clans participated enthusiastically.
The initial screening was done by Dr. Narinder Tanwar and Ms. Neha Wadhavan and they selected twelve students out of forty-three.
Mr. Nitesh Shankar, from CDC, was the final judge who selected the winners. According to him, judgment was difficult as the students were very good. They seemed very focused and sure of themselves. Surbhi Yadav from BBA (G) IB was the winner and she was given a chocolate hamper and a book on skills enhancement. Umika Ahuja from BBA (G)IB was the first runner-up and Md. Nadeem Arab was the second runner up. Three Consolation prizes were also given to Akaash Trikha, Prerna Tyagi and Deepanshi Khandelwal. All the winners were given books and gifts.
