Clan Rhinos under the aegis of Manav Rachna Life Skills Programme organized a session on Yoga and meditation. The session was taken by Dr. Shobha who beautifully explained Suksham Yoga exercises to relax everyone in few minutes. She spoke about the benefits of these Suksham Yoga exercises.
A small session on Meditation was also conducted which created a very calm and serene environment. During her interaction, she explained that meditation does not mean concentration instead concentration is the outcome of meditation.
