Best Guitarist : 17th March 2016

Department of Students Welfare organized a Best Guitarist competition as a part of Hunt for the Best event series on 17^th March 2016 atManch with an aim to dig out the Best Guitarist in the campus.

11 students from different faculties of Manav Rachna performed to showcase their talent with their guitars. The competition was judged by Mr. Sahib Aden, 8^th semester student, B. Tech ECE, FET. The students participated with great enthusiasm and gave a tough competition to their counter parts.

The participants were judged on the basis of rhythm sense, improvisation, clarity and overall sound. Any kind of guitar was allowed for the competition.

Karan Kumar (3rd year, ECE, FET MRIU) was declared as the winner of the competition as he played a self composed track which was flawless. Kaushik Manikandan, 1^st year BAJMC, FMeH was given a special mention for his outstanding musical composition.
