An Visit To “Earth Saviour Foundation “

The Department of Management & Commerce organized an visit  to “EARTH SAVIOUR FOUNDATION”

https://www.earthsaviours.in/  for the students of BBA  their location Bandhwari Village, Haryana. Three faculty members namely  Dr. Parul Jhajharia (Professor and Dean- DMC  ), Dr. Pragati Chauhan ( HoD- DMC), Dr. Subodh Saluja – Associate Professor accompanied the students.

A session to orient the students about the working of this NGO – Earth Saviour Foundation was given by Mr. Harsh from this NGO. After the orientation about the activities being done by this NGO the students and faculty members visited and met the elderly who were being taken care. The faculty members and students interacted with them and the elderly were very happy to meet all of them. The elderly shared their life stories with the students and provided inspiration to them to be better global citizens.

The student volunteers also had collected the useful items like clothes, daily essentials, food items which was donated to this NGO.

Towards the end of the visit was followed by lunch and the everyone received a booklet providing the information about this NGO activities so that more and more people can be motivated to come forward and do this noble cause. Each student member received a certificate of appreciated from this NGO. Students and faculty members thanked all the members of Earth Saviour Foundation towards the end before proceeding back to the university.  Overall it was a great experience for all and the intent to inculcate value to help others , uplift society when you can was very well done.
