An alumni lecture was hosted by the Department of Chemistry, Manav Rachna University.

Ms. Sakshi Gupta from the batch of M.Sc. Chemistry 2017-2019 was one of the alumni for the occasion, she received excellence in her academics by clearing CSIR-NET, consequently 3 times with AIR of <50. She is now going to join the CSIR-Delhi Research lab for her Ph.D. In her talk, she emphasized the importance and significance of providing internships to students as part of the curriculum.

The other alumni for the session was Ms. Aditi Pratap from the batch of M.Sc. Chem 2019-2021, she is now working as a ‘Patent Research Analyst’ in Expert Lancing. In her talk, she praised the initiative from the CDC and the placement department. She also highlighted the importance of giving an opportunity to explore in the field of research, IPR cell, Patent etc, which actually helped her to attain the position in her current Job. She also guided the listener about the patent importance, methodology, etc
