Alumni Connect with Mr Bikash Kansariya
Department of Management and Commerce (DMC), MRU organized an alumni activity for the students of BBA recently. The interaction fostered the awareness, insights, and capabilities of students. Mr. Bikash Kansariya, BBA Finance & Accounts, 2016-2019 batch, was welcomed by Dean DMC, Dr. Parul Jhajharia, after a brief introduction by Dr. Pooja Kapoor, Associate Professor and alumni coordinator DMC. Mr. Bikash is pursuing his Masters in Marketing from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, United Kingdom.
Bikash gave insights on Disruptive Innovation about the timeline of digital development, growth of digital technology, marketing tools, different social media tools, and discussed analytics tools and research work on the disruptiveness of digital cameras.
He shared how the Department has played an integral part in shaping his personality, addressed the queries of students by giving them practical working solutions, and shared details on his college life. Overall, it was an enriching experience for the students and the talk helped participants to explore the immense possibilities surrounding them. An hour-long session was interactive wherein the faculty & students wholeheartedly participated.
HOD, Dr. Pragati Chauhan wished Bikash for his future endeavors and expressed thanks for such an interactive learning session.
