A Session On Personality Development by BBA
Enrichment session on Personality Development for first year BBA students at MRIIRS
Faculty of Commerce and Business Studies (FCBS), Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies organized an enrichment session on Personality Development for first year BBA students. Final year BBA Students were the resource persons for the workshop which included Mr. Nikhil Malhotra, Mr. Amit Sharma, Mr. Raghuram S.K and Mr. Mohammad Zaid. The session was organized in order to broaden their mental horizon, improve general awareness and strengthen critical thinking which will help students in their career progression.
Final year students started the interaction by answering few queries of the students regarding their career, and deliberated upon the importance of personality development and facts related to it. The focus of the session was to motivate students to make them come out of their shells and speak their thoughts out to the world.
Covering nuances of body language, confidence and participation in various events, the session helped develop and hone the skills of students.
