Shatarupa is associated with Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies since 2017. Her teaching area covers Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Counselling and General Psychology. She completed her postgraduate and undergraduate studies from the University of Delhi, and worked as a Junior Research Fellow in Sports Psychology with the Sports Authority of India (Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports).
