About: With experience of over 45 years to his credit, Professor Jose Verghese specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms. His qualifications include BA, BPh, LLB, LLM, and PhD (Delhi University). He is an acclaimed academician and accomplished arbitrator.
He was the founder Vice Chancellor of HNLU, Raipur. He has also been a Chair Professor, and Professor Emeritus (UGC) at NLSIU, Bangalore; Professor of Law & Director of WTO Studies at NLU, Jodhpur; has held the Ford Chair on Human Rights at NUJS, Kolkata; and was Vice Chairman of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) (Principal Bench), New Delhi.
