Mr. Ramapati Maurya did his M.Sc. Mathematics in the year 2009 from the Department of Mathematics, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Currently, he is doing his Ph.D. from the Department of Mathematics, I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, under the supervision of Dr. Honey Sharma on ‘Approximation by Means of Positive Linear Operators’.
He started his teaching profession in the year 2011 from D.A.V. Centenary College, Faridabad. In the year 2012, he was appointed as a lecturer at M.I.E.T. Meerut. Further, in February 2013, he joined as assistant professor at Manav Rachna College of Engineering, Faridabad now Manav Rachna University. He is an experienced faculty with a total teaching and research experience of 7 years.
His current research includes the approximation of real valued continuous functions by means of Kantorovich and Durrmeyer variants of Meyer- Konig and Zeller operators. He has published 2 research papers in International Journals and presented a research paper in a National conference.
Besides being a researcher he had been Time-Table and ERP Co-ordinator, Applied Sciences in the University. Currently, he is the Program Co-ordinator of B.Sc.(H)-Mathematics, MRU.
