Brief profile:
Dr. Sudhish was enrolled as a research Scholar in Jan 2006 in Banaras Hindu University (Department of Applied Chemistry, Institute of Technology) under supervision of Prof. M.A. Quraishi. He submitted the thesis on topic “Studies on some organic compounds as corrosion inhibitors” for the award of Doctor of Philosophy on 22ndJune 2009. After completing his PhD degree he proceeded for his Post Doctoral Fellow in North West University (Mafikeng Campus), South Africa from April 2011 to May 2012 with Prof. Eno E. Ebenso.
Dr. Shukla joined Manav Rachna University (Formerly known as Manav Rachna College of Engg) as Assistant Professor in June 2012 and promoted to Associate professor in July 2016. He also worked in LF MVN Institute of Engineering and Technology, Palwal, India from July 2009 to April 2010 as assistant Professor before joining the post-doctoral fellowship in North West University.
During last 13 years of research (during PhD and six years after PhD) Dr. Shukla has published 35 research articles in journal of high impact and high International repute in the field of corrosion and organic synthesis. All the articles getting citation regularly by various scientists of round the world. One of the article entitled “Streptomycin: A commercially available drug as corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in hydrochloric acid solution” published in Materials Letters 63 (2009) 819-822 was made the place in research highlight column of the Nature India science journal (A journal of Nature group) as “Antibiotic shield against corrosion” DOI No. 10.1038/nindia.2009.113; published online 29 April 2009. The citations of his published papers are more than 1500 and the total impact factor is more than 90 with h-index 18 and i10-index 24.
He successfully organized an International Conference on Green Initiatives in Science and Technology GIST-2015 at MRCE on Jan 15, 2015 and & GIST-2019 on Jan 7-11, 2019 at MRU as convener of the conference.
