About: She is a doctorate from Amity University and is a graduate and post graduate from Delhi University. She has also done certification course on Food Safety offered by Quality Council of India. She has hands on experience in working at Mother Dairy and Urban Health Resource Center as an internee. She started her carrier as a Research Assistant in Export Inspection Council of India, Ministry of Commerce. She gained experience in teaching food science and public nutrition to undergraduate as well as graduate students in Delhi University, IGNOU and Sharda University. She is a life time member of Nutrition society of India. Her major interest area is in New Product Development, Preservation Techniques such as Edible Coatings and packaging etc.
