1st Semester: Project Planning and Control, Quality Control and Safety in Construction, Construction Methods and Equipment, Concrete Engineering and Technology Elective -I (Tall Structures, , construction contract Management, Civil Engineering Materials, Building Serviceability and Maintenance Management), Construction Materials Lab, Computational Laboratory-I

2nd Semester: Construction Economics and Finance, Energy Conservation Tech. in Building Construction, Civil Engineering Materials, Resource Management and Control in Construction, Elective-II (Impact Assessment and Management, Construction Personnel Management, Airport Planning and Design), Seminar

3rd Semester: Advanced Construction Technology, Elective-III (Reliability Analysis in Construction Management, System Design and Value Analysis, Applied Statistics & Queuing Theory, Human Resource Management in Construction ) Colloquium, Project, Dissertation (Phase-I)

4th Semester: Dissertation (Phase II).

A good number of students have been placed in reputed companies such as Ashoka Buildcon, Rothenberger, PNB Housing Finance, Earth Infrastructure Pvt LTD, GR Infra Projects Ltd, KMC Construction, PNC Infratech Ltd, Sushee Infra Pvt Ltd, TCS, Theme Engineering, Unihorn, Vishwa Infrastructure, SGS-Technomech, Top Surveying, Prathishta Group, Cinda Engineering, Supertech etc. Besides, the department looks forward for tying up with other companies for opening up other windows for recruitment of students. Some of the students have also opted for higher studies in both National and International Universities.

There is a Provision of Teaching Assistantship for the candidate enrolled for M.Tech Programme, as detailed below:

Candidate in PG programmes could be associated with faculty member for proper, grooming, mentorship & providing assistance to the faculty as and when required. The selected candidates having more than 70% overall marks or 7.00 CGPA in the qualifying examination shall be provided teaching assistantship on the recommendations of the committee constituted by the Vice-Chancellor of the University. Under this provision, such candidates shall be required to engage with Professors/Associate Professors of the University for Practical and Tutorial Classes with total assignments of 8-10 periods/week and they shall be paid stipend of Rs. 10000/- per month with a maximum limit of payment for 12 months during the complete duration of the M.Tech programme. 

*The candidate of M.Tech Programme can either avail the above free ship policy for PG programme or Teaching Assistantship.
