Corporate Relations & Career Development Centre at Manav Rachna brings reputed organizations on board to provide career opportunities to our students. This list grows year on year and we witness more than 250 companies visiting us for the campus placement drives. Due to our deep connect with almost all industry segments, and our engagement with some of the most respected industry stalwarts, we at Manav Rachna have been able to curate our pedagogy tailored to meet the current needs of the industry. Our teaching-learning pedagogy is in sync with the industry and this helps significant placements in reputed organizations.

To achieve this objective, we have a very strong Career Management team which through its Career Skills wing, has curated a robust learning ecosystem that strives to bolster the cognitive and non-cognitive acumen of students and make them placement-ready. The interventions of Verbal Ability Training, Aptitude Training, Soft Skills Training, and Technical Training (VAST) nurture and augment the competencies of the students. It empowers its students to undertake cutting-edge and industry-relevant courses offered by LinkedIn Learning, thereby enhancing their learning experience. It also offers the Employability Helpdesk, wherein students get placement-related assistance as well as a company-specific employability guide, before every placement drive. To make students job-ready, the team evaluates students’ performances and enhances employability through assessment partner AMCAT (SHL).

The Career Management Team through its Career Advancement Wing offers career counseling, assistance for test prep, guidance for profile building, and mentorship for higher education opportunities globally for students across all schools and universities.

About CRCDC

The Corporate Relations & Career Development Centre at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions is a unit that works with the students on the campus, right from their orientation days till the time they graduate. Where the home department ensures that the students receive the best knowledge per their program, the CRCDC ensures that student employability is also taken care of.

The Corporate Resources Team engages with the industry and constantly strives to expand the industry-academia interface to help fulfill the dreams of students and parents to get a worthy job offer through campus placements. They bring in real-world insights about what the employers of today desire and work with a team of faculty coordinators to ensure that it is transferred to the classroom.

The Career Development Team is the inclusive learning and development division of the Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, with a vision of nurturing young minds of today into global citizens. It has two wings, each serving an important role for students eager to make the best of the available opportunities.

The Career Skills wing encompass highly skilled, motivated, and experienced academic & industry leaders who facilitate learning interventions that start right from Day 1 of students’ journey on the campus. Focusing on VAST i.e. Verbal Ability Training, Aptitude Training, Soft Skills Training, and Technical Training, the team equips students with cognitive acumen and technical proficiency. VAST is embedded in the semester training through a pre-defined curriculum, which is delivered across all the university departments through various innovative pedagogical approaches.
The Career Advancement wing consists of certified and seasoned career counselors and student success managers, who through a sustainable guidance ecosystem, nurture the growth of students, resolve confusion, and provide hand-holding to navigate the intricate career maze. From psychometric assessments to guidance on areas like placements, international education and competitive exams, this team provides customized assistance to students.

CRCDC has also launched a new initiative “Career Caffe”, a Premium Career Counseling & University Admission Consultancy to help students in their higher education decisions.

To streamline the placement process and keep it transparent, an ‘Online Registration Portal’ for campus placement is used where students can register and upload their profiles as per eligibility.

CRCDC in Schools

The centre also works closely with Manav Rachna International Schools (MRIS), specifically for the students of Grades 8-12, and facilitates one-one-one career counselling sessions; personalized country-specific university admission guidance & support; informative and interactive sessions with experts on aspects like study-abroad opportunities, test prep, scholarships, etc.; offers Test Prep Assistance with established collaborators like Career Launcher, Allen, Design Circle; organizes Global Summer Schools, Live Industry Internships, Global Education Expos, and a lot more.
