Brief me about Manav Rachna International University?
Manav Rachna International University (MRIU) is a continuum of excellence from the Career Institute of Technology and Management (CITM), and was granted ‘Deemed-to be-University’ Status under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956, as Manav Rachna International University, a visible symbol of knowledge& experience providing high quality education in the fields of Engineering, Health & Applied Sciences, Management, Computer Education, Hotel Management International Programmes, Commerce & Humanities, Media, Design & many more. Where is MRIU campus located? & How to reach Manav Rachna International University?
MRIU is located on Delhi –Suraj-Kund road, Sector- 43, Faridabad. It is easily accessible through either Badkal Chowk or NHPC Chowk on Mathura Road (NH-2), or via Charmwood Village near Badarpur Border. MRIU Campus can be reached by availing Metro facilities up to Badarpur Metro Station and from there taking a bus or an auto to Badkal Chowk and then auto to University Campus located on Surajkund Delhi Road.

How can I obtain an Admission Brochure?
Admission Brochure contains a Scratch Card consisting of a covered number, which will facilitate submission of application form online. Admission Brochure without Scratch Card may be downloaded from MRIU website www.mriu.edu.in free of cost. However, application for admission shall be submitted online only at the University website for which application fee of Rs. 1200/- is payable. Payment can be made through Credit/ Debit card at the time of submission of application. Candidate may purchase admission brochure from MRIU Campus, Administrative Headquarters or City Centers in cash, details of which is available on the university website.

Are there any specific instructions for filling up the on-line application form?
Read Instructions for filling up Online Application Form carefully on the opening page after you Click ‘Apply Now’ Tab on the Website Home Page for Admission.
Keep a Digitized Photograph ready on your Computer Desktop for uploading with maximum 80 KB memory,Avoid photographs in T-Shirts/ Tops/ Flashy Clothing because this photograph will go for your identity card. Also keep ready copy of Secondary (10th), Senior Secondary (10 + 2) Examination and other qualifying exam, if any.
Fill-up all fields with the correct information. Do not use all Capital/ Small Letters. Use Sentence case. Mandatory fields are marked with Red Asterisks, without which application will not be submitted. You will have the liberty to edit certain fields as directed by the format including Address, Mobile Number, and Qualifying Examination Result etc.
Take out two print-outs of the final version of the online application form which must be brought at the time of physical counseling for admission.

Do we need to submit the original certificates on the day of admission?
No. there is no need to submit original certificates but candidate must produce original certificates/documents on the day of admission for their verifications, failing which candidate shall not be considered for admission. Two sets of self-attested copies of the certificates/documents are required to be submitted at the time of physical counseling as detailed in the admission brochure.

What are the documents to be produced at the time of admission?
Candidate must bring the following documents in original along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:

  • Secondary School Examination Certificate (10th)- as proof of Date of Birth
  • Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate (10+2)
  • Detailed Mark sheets/Provisional Certificate/Degree/ Diploma Certificate of the qualifying examination.
  • Character Certificate from the Institution last attended.
  • Result card of the relevant entrance examination.
  • Four passport size colored photographs in formal dress.
  • Certificate of proof as candidate of SC / ST, BC, OBC, Kashmiri Migrants, North East States (seven), Sports Personnel (with authorized participation at National Level), Son/Daughter of Defence Personnel categories and Foreign Nationals seeking relaxation in the minimum eligibility criteria.

In addition to the documents mentioned above, all students will be required to submit following documents either during the orientation program after start of classes or within 3 days from the date of admission whichever is later:

  • Certificate of Medical Fitness
  • Migration Certificate
  • Proof of Residence (Ration Card/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Driving License etc.)
  • Undertaking by candidate and by parents for “Anti Ragging”, the format for which shall be available of MRIU website
  • Undertaking by parents for total family income from all sources along with proof of income in the form of current Income Tax Return/ Certificate of Income from employers of parent(s)/ proof of survey conducted by DRDA of the district concerned of the applicant or any other authorized Government agency/ any other valid proof (Original /Attested Photocopy).
  • Any other document required / notified later.

What is the process for the Physical Counseling?

  • On the day of physical counseling, candidates shall report on the Registration Desk, arrange documents in the specified sequence in the file cover given on the spot, appear before the Document Verification Committee for verification of documents and move to the Admission Committee, if found eligible.
  • Admission committee shall allot the seats to the Candidates in order of merit subject to its availability and the candidates shall be required to deposit fee on the spot either through Demand Draft, Credit / Debit Card or in Cash. Cheques shall not be accepted. Additional convenience charges are payable as per rules in case of payment is made through Credit / Debit Card.
  • The seat shall be deemed to be allotted only on deposition of fee. If a candidate fails to deposit the fee on the spot, the right to admission shall be forfeited and the seat shall be offered to the candidate next in the merit list.
  • If a candidate reports late for admission on the designated day and time, he / she will be offered the seat available at the time of his appearance before the Admission Committee.
  • All Candidates are advised to report on the day of physical counseling in a formal and presentable dress as a fresh photograph may be required to be clicked on the spot.
  • All Students admitted in various programs shall collect their original testimonials / certificates at the time of allotment of seat against acknowledgement. All such students are also advised to keep a watch on MRIU Website for further instructions if any.

Will I be interviewed before the admission?
Every student has to be physically present during physical counseling before the admission. Although, except for MBA, there are no marks awarded for interview for preparing the merit list for admission, but for all the programs at UG (except B.Arch), Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI) is the part of selection process for final admission and is an independent screening test. Although admission in all UG programs shall be based on the merit of respective MRNAT 2017 as first preference and percentage of marks scored in qualifying examination as a second preference, seats remaining vacant, those who fail to make a mark in GD/PI may be denied admission.

What is MRNAT? Which agency is holding this Examination?
MRNAT 2017 (Manav Rachna National Admission Test) is conducted by the University across various disciplines, syllabi for which are available on the ‘Admission’ link on MRIU Website. University has deployed technology developed by India’s leading assessment agency to ensure fair and transparent conduct of online test. The candidates shall be allotted a designated computer system in the examination centre and shall be required to login using Application Sequence Number and Password as conveyed to the applicant through email. It is therefore advised not to share Email IDs and Password with others to avoid complications. The questions shall appear on the monitor and the candidates shall submit answers by using mouse only. The computer system is connected to a Central Server which delivers the test in real time without web connectivity. All other `functions are disabled in the machine and there is no Human involvement in the test. No formal computer knowledge is required to appear for the test. Other details and sample questions are also available on the University website. The dates of conduct of MRNAT –2017 across various disciplines are given in the Admission Brochure. The candidate will be intimated about the place, date and time of the Test, through email and SMS well in time. For UG Courses, besides other locations, the Test would be conducted at Faridabad, Patna, Guwahati, Bhatinda and Hyderabad. For PG Courses, the Test would be conducted at Faridabad only.

Should the parents come along with the candidate for admission?
It is mandatory for the parents to attend the counseling. However, in case of an emergency, guardian may attend the counseling.

What is the mode of payment of fees?
The Payment of fees is through Demand draft in favor of Manav Rachna International University or in Cash at the time of physical counseling/admission.

How the merit list is prepared for admission to various streams of B.Tech Programs?
The Merit Lists for each program shall be prepared as per the criteria given in the Admission Brochure.
For B.Tech Program the merit list shall be prepared (i) Merit in MRNAT 2017 and (ii) Score in UniGauge 2017 as a 2nd preference (iii) JEE Mains 2017 Score and (iv) Marks in qualifying examination . Candidates are advised to provide the respective score in the application form as soon as the results are declared by the respective examination bodies. Those students who fail to provide any of these results shall go down in the merit list in the absence of respective weightage.
The vacant seats thereafter, if any, are filled on merit drawn on the basis of the relevant marks of the candidates in the qualifying Examination.

How will come to know my Rank in the Merit List for admission to any Program being offered by your University?
The ranks in the respective Merit List shall be available on MRIU Website as per schedule given in the admission brochure against Application Sequence Number generated by the system at the time of submission of online application.

Do you allow the students to take admission who have got supplementary in the qualifying examination?
For all UG Programs, admission shall be made only if the Candidate has been declared pass in the qualifying examination clearly and meets the minimum eligibility criteria as laid down in the admission brochure. Candidates having compartment shall not be admitted in any of the UG Program till their result for the supplementary examination has been declared within the final cut off date of admission.
For PG Programs, candidates may be admitted provisionally subject to fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria on or before 31.10.2017. For the purpose of preparation of Merit List, the marks scored upto pre final year of the qualifying examination shall be considered for those whose result has not been declared for the final year / semester. Student having compartments in any of the previous years shall not get credit for the subjects which they have not passed at the time of admission.
Admission Committee shall exercise fair discretion to see that based upon the academic performance in exam result which is available at the time of admission, whether the candidate is likely to meet the eligibility criteria. However it will be sole responsibility of the candidate to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission by the cutoff date mentioned above and no relaxation in minimum eligibility criteria shall be granted.
Is there any relaxation in the minimum eligibility criteria for some category of the students?
Yes, Relaxation of 5% marks in minimum eligibility criteria shall be given to the candidates from / of Women, SC / ST, BC, OBC, Kashmiri Migrants, North East States (seven), Sports Personnel (with authorized participation at National Level), Son/Daughter of Defence Personnel categories and Foreign Nationals for all the programs being offered at MRIU. Although there is no reservation of any kind except for NRIs for whom 15% of the total seats in all programs are reserved. With the new directions of UGC, relaxation of 10% marks in minimum eligibility criteria shall be given to Kashmiri Migrants. Up to 5% of sanctioned intake, there is a special supernumerary Quota for students of Jammu and Kashmir as per directions of UGC.
A relaxation of 10% in minimum eligibility criteria shall be given.Domicile requirement may be waived off.
Intake capacity of various programmes may be increased by 5 %, if so required.

What is your Policy for Withdrawal and refund of fees?
Candidates may withdraw their admission by submitting an online Application Form through the Admission Portal by logging in through their User Name and Password. Such candidate shall take out a print of the Withdrawal Application Form duly filled and submit the same in person along with original copy of the receipt of the fee deposited to the Office of the Registrar through Deputy Registrar (Registration & Scholarship) in Block-F, Ground Floor for which he/ she must obtain an acknowledgement.
The fee deposited by such a candidate shall be refunded after deducting Rs. 1000/- provided the candidate has submitted the printed copy of Withdrawal Application up to the first day of Commencement of the classes. The Withdrawal Application submitted online shall not be considered if its printed copy along with original receipt of fee is not submitted to the Deputy Registrar (R & S) against acknowledgement in writing. In such cases, the refund of fee shall be made within 30 days from the final cut off date of admission, which shall be normally 30th September of the calendar year, through cheque in favor of the Candidate only and sent at the address for correspondence through recorded delivery.

Does the University offer any scholarships to meritorious MRIU candidates?
Yes, Scholarships & Freeships are available as under:
The university offers Scholarships to all students on the basis of marks/CGPA in the qualifying examination as per following scale:

However, they are required to pay other fees as applicable to the programme concerned. Such students shall be required to maintain a minimum CGPA (SGPA in 1st semester) of 7.0 in the subsequent semesters without having any compartment in any subject and minimum 75% attendance in each semester, failing which the Scholarships awarded shall be withdrawn. For the purpose of calculation of percentage marks, aggregate marks in the qualifying exams shall only be considered even if the eligibility criteria is limited to some number of subjects.
In addition, suitable free ship shall be available to high achievers in the field of sports, persons suffering with Thalassaemia Major, sons / daughters of Army Personnel who have been killed in war/ terrorist attack, physically handicapped students etc. on case to case basis.
Candidates passing out from any of the institutions of MREI and son/daughter of faculty / staff member of any of the institutions of MREI will get one time concession of Rs.5000/- at the time of admission in any of the program being offered at Manav Rachna International University.

What if any candidate is facing problem with Scratch card?

Whether sufficient reference books are available in Library?
Yes, we have a rich library with a reasonably good collection of books. students may get their books issued from the State of the art RFID enabled Central Library in Block T, which has a collection of over than 1,00,000 text/reference books and over 60,000 electronic journals and e-books. Library subscribes more than 30000 National/ International Journals and have also large number of e-resources in the form of DVDs and CDs apart from Reports/ Theses/ Dissertations. The Library operations are fully automated. The Library with its state-of-the-art infrastructure, plush and spacious settings, aesthetically done up interiors and huge collection of more than one lakh documents in print and electronic format, is a bibliophile’s dream come true. To students at MRIU, it offers a perfect platform for research, innovation and development and a tranquil ambience to explore the world of books. The Library is Wi-Fi and RFID enabled (a technology facilitating self-service of books in areas like the issue of books, return, renewal, reissue, reservation and security management), offering the latest state-of-the art technological applications including e-books, audio-books, e-journals, ipads to maximize the use and ease of library resources.
Kindles have recently been added to the existing collection of e-books and plans are on to introduce android application for students to check their account status online. With dedicated sections like Discussion Rooms, Audio Visual Rooms, Digital Library and a separate enclosure for Research and Reference, the Central Library is slowly but surely inculcating a reading habit among the young and restless.

What is the minimum attendance required to appear in the exams?
As per the Ordinance of the University, a student shall be required to have a minimum attendance of 75% in the aggregate of all the courses taken together in a semester for all the Programs.

What kind of grooming programs are offered to the students?
The Career Development Centre (CDC) at MRIU provides training on personality and soft skills to enrich the students with employability traits.

Are there any management quota seats in any programme?
No, there is no management quota in any of the programmes. All the admissions are purely on the merit basis as per the criteria mentioned in the admission brochure of the University.

What measures are taken to help the students in finding employment?
We conduct special coaching for improving the employability skills of the students. For this purpose, Manav Rachna has a Career Development Centre, which grooms the students prior to their appearing for on-campus/off-campus placements. Also, we have a well organized placement cell called Corporate Resource Centre which is doing commendable job year after year. We have good rapport with a number of companies. What is the procedure for admission or how do I join the University?
Candidates have to submit the online admission form on the university website. On the basis of the scores in the entrance exam and/or qualifying examination, a merit list is drawn as per the criteria mentioned in the admission brochure of the University for selection of students and admission is made through physical counseling.

What are the deadlines for admission?
For admission deadlines please refer to admission Calendar given in the MRIU Admission Brochure 2017-18. However, look for notices / alerts by clicking the ‘Admission Notices / Alerts’ Tab on the home page of MRIU website.
All Schedule for Physical Counseling for Admission and other related information will be available on the website as and when published. MRNAT Results and Merit list for various courses / program shall also be available on this Tab.

English is not my first language. Will I get support?
English is an internationally accepted language and to support students we have in course Professional Communication, Soft Skills and other foreign languages classes. Pass in English at 10th and 12th is mandatory in almost all programs as detailed in the eligibility criteria of each program in the admission brochure.

I need to speak to an adviser as I am not sure as to which program to choose. Will I get any support?

What if I miss the MR-NAT exam?
In case, any vacancies left after exhausting the merit drawn up on the basis of the MR-NAT, then the balance seats, if any, are filled on merit basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

How are the students assessed?
During the course of each Program, students will be assessed through their class tests, practicals, reports, essays, problem-based learning, projects, presentation, thesis and end semester examination etc.

From which University, the degree will be awarded?
On successful completion of the Program as per its minimum requirements, the degree shall be awarded by Manav Rachna International University.

How many days does the University work in a week?
The University works for Five days (Monday to Friday) in a week for normal teaching, however, the students do come on Saturdays as well for their research work, projects, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

What are the facilities provided in the campus?
There are many facilities including Cricket Ground, Table Tennis room, Lawn Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Basket Ball Court, Football Ground, Volleyball Ground, Billiards Table, Squash Facilities, Athletic tracks, Shooting range, a well-equipped gymnasium, Open Air Theatre, Medical facilities, Cafeteria and Food courts, ATM, Campus Shop, Book Shop, a truly green fully networked campus. Where do I get admission information for NRIs and Foreign Nationals?

Do you have any reservation policy for admission?
Manav Rachna International University presently follows the reservation policy as under: NRI/ Foreign National / PIO seats: 15% in all programmes/ courses. General Seats: 85%.

What sort of medical facilities are available on campus? Where is the nearest hospital?
We have a well qualified doctor, two dispensaries and two well equipped Ambulances. A full range of Dental treatment facilities are available in our Dental College. The nearest Hospital (Asian Institute of Medical Science) is located just 4 Km. away.

Is the Campus Wi-Fi enabled?
Yes, It is Wi-Fi-enabled campus including hostels.

Is there any facility for us to stay in the campus when we come for counseling?
No, we don’t provide any such facility. But many hotels and guest houses are available close to our campus.

Q-1. Do you have hostel facility for students?
Ans. – Yes, we do have separate hostels for boys and girls.
Q-2. How many hostels do you have?
Ans. – We have two boy’s hostels and one girls hostel in Campus and one Off Campus hostel for girls.

Q-3. What is the capacity of your hostels for boys and girls?
Ans. For girls,we have the capacity of 355 and for boys,442.

Q-4. Are you having A/C and Non A/c rooms for hostelers?
Ans. – Yes, we have both A/c and Non A/c rooms.

Q-5. What is the process of allotment of seat?
Ans. Allotment is on the first cum first serve basis.

Q-6. Do you have hostel accommodation with attached/ Common bathrooms?
Ans. –We have accommodation with both attached and common bathrooms.

Q.-7.What is the sharing capacity of rooms in hostels?
Ans. – We have two seater four seater rooms for boys and two seater, three seater five seater rooms for girls.

Q-8. What are the charges for hostels?
Ans – Hostel Tariff for 2017-18 is available on MRIU Website.

Q-9. What types of facilities do you provide to the hostelers?
Ans – We are giving 24 hrs security, 24 hrs power back up, internet facility, news paper to individual rooms, laundry, sports facilities, First Aid and medical facilities etc.

Q-10. Do you have separate mess for girls and boys?
Ans – Yes, we have separate mess for girls and boys.

Q-11. What is the quality of food and is the food hygienic?
Ans –We have engaged multinational company “SODEXO” as a mess contractor for hostelers. Its quality of food is very good and hygienic.

Q -12. Do you engage the hostelers in other activities also?
Ans – Yes, we have formed different committees for cultural and sports activities and we organize functions and matches for the hostelers.

Q-13. What type of basic infrastructure has been provided to the hostelers?
Ans – We facilitate them with bed, study table, chair and cupboard. Hostlers have to procure bedding on their own.

Q-14. Are there any restrictions of timings for the hostelers?
Ans – Yes, in winters we allow the hostelers to remain outside the campus till 7.00 pm and in summers we allow upto 7.30 pm.

Q-15. How hostelers can go to their home town? Is there any system or process?
Ans. The hostelers are allowed to go to their home town with prior information to the Hostel Warden in writing and for girls,Hostel warden makes a call to her parents to take permission and only after that she is allowed to leave.

Q-16. How the hostelers purchase their house hold things or things for day to day use?
Ans. We provide college bus once in a week to the hostlers to purchase day to day use things.

Q.-17.If some hosteler falls sick or gets injured, what actions do you take?
Ans. – MRIU is having its own dispensary. We have a First Aid facility and 24 hrs availability of ambulance. Our Hostel Warden takes the hostler with him/her in ambulance and gets his/her treated according to the situation.

Q-18. Do you have Insurance policy for hostelers?
Ans.Yes, all the hostelers are insured for mediclaim Personal Accident up to specified value.

Q-19. What about ragging?
Ans. – We have 0% ragging in our hostels as well as in Campus. The different committees have been formulated for this purpose.

Q-20. Can the hostler keep vehicle in the hostel?
Ans. Yes, the hostler can keep vehicle in the hostel with the written permission from the competent authorities

Q- 21 Do you have laundry facility in the hostel?
Ans. – Yes, we do have laundry facility.

Q-2 What type of transport facility is provided to the students for their location?

Q-3 What are the safety devices installed in the buses of MRIU?
Ans. Every AC bus is equipped with GPS, Speed Governor, CCTV, Monitor, First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher.

Q-4 What are the transport charges for the said location?
Ans. Proposed Transport charges for the session 2017-18 are as follows:

Q-5 What will be the route for their location?
Ans. Based on the users strength at each location, routes will be finalized only after the closure of admission procedure of MREI. For existing route chart the website link www.mriu.edu.in/about-us/transportation may be accessed.

Q-7 How can the transport facility be availed?
Ans. Immediately after the admission card is issued to the student, student is to approach the transport counter for registration there and a challan will be issued to deposit the transport fee with the CAD (Central Accounts Department) official at MREI campus only.

Q-8 Can the transport fee, be deposited in parts?
Ans. No, it is paid in full for the whole session in advance at the time of availing transport facility.

Q-9 What will be the mode of payment of Transport Fee?
Ans. Transport Fee is accepted only by the two modes of payment i.e. Demand Draft and Credit or Debit Card.

Q-10 What document will be issued to the transport user after depositing transport charges?
Ans. Initially, a transport fee receipt is issued by the CAD immediately after depositing applicable transport fee and after showing the receipt to the Transport official at the counter, a Transport ID Card is issued to the student which must be carried by him/her daily at the time of using MRIU transport facility.

Q-11 Can the transport facility be withdrawn?
Ans. No, transport facility can’t be withdrawn except under the following conditions:
a) Withdrawal of Admission,
b) Shifting of residence to the place where the transport facility of MRIU is not available
c) Shifting to the Hostel of MRIU.

Q-12 What amount will be refunded, in case of the transport facility is withdrawn?
Ans. Refund will be as per the Transport Refund Policy, as approved by the competent authority of MRIU, by making the deductions, calculated on the total transport charges for the whole academic session which is as follows:
If the withdrawal is applied from the date Deduction Applicable of the commencement of the session;

  • Before Commencement of the session NIL (no deduction)
  • From 1st day to 30th day 25%
  • From 31st day to 60th Day 50%
  • From 61st Day to 180th Days 75%
  • After 180 days 100%

Q-13 How, the information and updates are conveyed to the transport users?
Ans. Any information/Circulars, issued by the Transport Department, are displayed outside the Transport office as well as in each and every route bus. Information is also conveyed through the Notice Boards of the respective Institutes/Faculties.

Q-14 Is there any Fine and Penalty clause?
Ans. a) In case of default in fee payment, there is a Late Fee Fine, which is charged as per the rate approved by the competent authority of MRIU.
b) In case of any indiscipline in or around bus or transport system or campus, disciplinary action alongwith the penalty as approved by the competent authority of MRIU may be levied.
c) In case, the user is found travelling in MRIU bus without carrying the valid transport ID Card, he/she may be fined.
d) In case, the Transport ID Card / Fee Receipt is misplaced, Rs. 500/- is charged towards Duplicate Transport ID Card charges and a FIR/ Affidavit on stamp paper duly attested by the Notary Public is required to submit by the transport users with the Transport department of MRIU.

Q-15 From where the buses can be boarded in the Campus?
Ans. The buses are parked behind T-Block and can be boarded only from there at the scheduled time. To avoid any inconvenience, users are advised to reach there in the parking at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure of buses. After leaving the parking area of the campus, buses will not stop midway.

Q-16 In case of bus breakdown on the route, what will be the alternative arrangement?
Ans. Firstly, the transport department makes the efforts in providing an alternative transport facility, if failed, in rare circumstances, hiring of the public vehicle, at individual/group (pool) at user’s level, may also be the alternative solution at that time on reimbursement basis but with the prior intimation or permission with the Transport Department of MRIU.

Q-17 Do the bus wait at the stop for the student?
Ans. No, the students are to reach at stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled stop time.

Q-18 In case of Emergencies, who can be contacted?
Ans. For security related emergencies, the Security Official of MRIU i.e. 9650408080 may be called. In case of extreme emergency of security, Police at 100 may also be called.
For Route related emergencies, Route Supervisors or the Manager Transport of MRIU at the nos. displayed in the buses may be contacted.

Q-19 How, a seat in the bus, can be claimed by the authorized transport users?
Ans. A seat number is given to every transport user on the basis of the First-Come-First-Serve basis. Students are to claim the allotted seat itself in the bus and in case, the seat is already occupied by another student, he/she may be asked to vacant the seat by the actual allottee. In case of default in claim, available transport staff or the faculty members, in the bus, may be requested for help. The student, who deposits the full transport fee first, is eligible to get seat first. Depositing of transport fee does not confirm the allotment of seat in the bus. List of the transport users is displayed on every route bus with their allotted seat numbers.

Q-20 What will be the validity of Transport ID Card?
Ans. Transport fee is always charged once in full for the whole academic session and it is valid upto the end of the Academic session for which the transport fee is deposited.

Q-21 What is the procedure of registering the transport related complaint / feedback?
Ans. a) There is a Complaint / Feedback Register, kept with the Transport Department and any kind of complaint may be lodged in it.
b) Students can register their complaint / feedback through email ID of the Transport Manager i.e. sanjeevgupta.transport@mriu.edu.in.

Q-22 Is there any online access to the Transport System of MRIU?
Ans. Yes, of course there is. By accessing the link www.mriu.edu.in/about-us/transportation on your computer, the detailed transport system can be accessed directly by yourself.

Q-23 What is the alternative mode of transport of reaching MREI Campus?
Ans. A) Haryana Roadways City Bus Service which directly connects MREI Campus with Delhi from Tughlakabad Metro Station.
B) Haryana Roadways city Bus Service which directly connects MREI Campus with Gurgaon from Bus Stand via Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, NIT
C) DMRC which Connects MREI Campus with Delhi and Faridabad users through Metro services on Voilet Line upto Badkhal Metro Station and Auto ride from there to the campus.
